See exactly what's in your sewer line. We scope the whole line while you watch every foot with us on the monitor. Then the video is yours to keep, along with a straight answer about what it means.
Evening and Saturday appointments, because you shouldn't have to take a day off work to find out what's under your yard.
About 60 minutes on site. We confirm the price with you before any work starts.
What We Do
Everything starts with the camera. We'd rather show you the inside of your line and let you decide what to do about it.

Know what you're buying before you close, not after.
We clear the line, then camera it so you can see it's fixed.
We mark exactly where a break is before anyone digs.
Same day video and a written summary for the file.
Coordinated with crews we trust, start to finish.
How We Work
An inspection is only worth what you can trust about it. Here are five things we do on every job, and every one of them is something you can hold us to.

The monitor faces you. We name what's on screen as it appears, in plain English, and you keep the full recording and a written summary. Nothing about your sewer line comes down to taking our word for it.
You get the number before we unload the van, and that's the number on the invoice. Nothing gets added afterward, and nobody stands in your driveway waiting on a decision.
A camera that stops ten feet in has told you nothing. We run the full length of your line, out to where it meets the city main. If something genuinely stops the camera, you see what and where on the screen first.
Frank Menkel does every inspection himself. No dispatcher, no rotating crew, nobody arriving later to close a sale. 15 years of referrals came from treating people the way he'd want his own family treated.
Sewer work isn't tidy work. We put protection down before we start and clean up properly after. When we pull out of the driveway, the only sign we were there should be the video on your phone.
Pricing
If a company won't tell you what something costs until a technician is standing in your driveway, there's usually a reason. Here's ours, in public.
Flat rate for a standard residential main line.
Drain cleaning, locating, and repair work all depend on what the line is actually doing, so we quote them once we've looked rather than guessing at a number now.

Who You Are Calling
15 years running camera and clearing lines across the Denver metro. Frank started South Denver Sewerscope with his brother James so he could do the work the way he always thought it should be done: show people what's actually there, explain it plainly, and let them decide.
I treat every house like it belongs to someone in my family. That means showing you what's really down there and telling you the truth about it, even when the truth is that you don't need me.
